The Huron: Gable Style Garage With Loft
The Huron Garage is a Gable style garage structure with a high pitched roof. This design allows room to add a large loft. The Huron is customizable and has a variety of available upgrades and accessories that can be added. Looking for more light coming into your garage? We can add additional windows in the size you want. We can add a single garage door or a double garage door. Looking for upgraded siding – we can help with that.

Things to consider:
Permits: In most Ontario municipalities a permit is required when building a structure the size of a garage. We will help you with this by providing a drawing of the garage that can be submitted to the City when you apply for a permit.
Warranty: We have a 2 year warranty that covers materials and workmanship. The Smartside LP walls come with a 30yr manufacturers warranty and the architectural shingles are rated for 25 years.
Concrete Pad: Concrete pads are a must for a garage. We will supply the drawings for the concrete pad to include with the garage drawings when applying for a building permit. In most cases, we can help provide you assistance with referrals on having a concrete pad installed.
Garage Doors: Garage doors come in many different styles and price points. It is your responsibility to source out the garage door you would like and arrange for it to be installed once the garage build is complete.
The garage walls come pre-primed in a neutral colour and are ready for paint.
